Dr. Reed Fogg, MD
A pioneer in the integrated approach to problems of the spine, Dr. Fogg is a spine surgeon and co-founder of ISI. He completed his medical training at the University of Utah, is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons, and a charter member of the North American Spine Society. He is known throughout the intermountain west for his treatment of lumbar spine disease.
Dr. Robert M. Berry, MD
Dr. Berry is a fellowship trained spine surgeon. He is a graduate of Stanford University, USC Medical School and the University of Washington Residency Program. A diplomate of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a member of the North American Spine Society, Dr. Berry specializes in surgical conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine. He is co-founder of ISI and is well-known in the intermountain region and in the Pacific Northwest.
Dr. Terry Sawchuck, MD
A board certified physiatrist, Dr. Sawchuck graduated from Brown University, University of North Dakota, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and went through extensive post-graduate training at The Institute for Low Back Care in Minneapolis. He is fellowship trained, a diplomat of the American Academy of Physical Medicine, a member of the North American Spine Society and he also is a member of the International Injection Society. Dr. Sawchuck treats conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine.
Dr. Judd Clawson, MD
Dr. Clawson is a graduate of The Medical College of Wisconsin, the University of Minnesota and is a fellow of the renowned Texas Back Institute. He is a diplomat of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a member of the North American Spine Society. Dr. Clawson specializes in surgeries of the cervical and lumbar spine.
Brad Davis, PA
Brad is a graduate of the University of Utah Physician’s Assistant Program and he was fellowship trained in spine medicine at the Sister Kenny Institute in Minneapolis. He has specialized in treatment of spine conditions at ISI since 1991. Because of his knowledge, experience and expertise Brad is well known in the intermountain region.
Josh Covington, PA
Josh has been a physician’s assistant at ISI for the past six years. He received his certification from Stanford University School of Medicine after completing his under-graduate degrees from Weber State and the University of Utah. Josh is a respected PA who provides conservative care of medical conditions of the spine and he frequently assists in spine surgeries.
